RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Caribou Gear offers a 15-day, Money Back Guarantee (less shipping / Restocking costs) for purchases on caribougear.com You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any of our products for a refund of the cost of products purchased or an exchange for a different size.

- 10% restocking fee
(Note) Products must still be new with original tags, unused, unwashed, and without any physical damage, stains, etc.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift Card
Store outlet purchases such as Basspro, Cabelas, Scheels, Sportsman’s Warehouse etc, must be returned to location of original purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGE - RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
For purchases made at caribougear.com, simply return your unused product (with original tags and packaging intact) to 9249 S. Broadway #200-850, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. Attn: Returns Department. Be sure to include your name, order number, reason for return, email and phone number. Once received and inspected by a Caribou Gear representative, a refund will be processed (less shipping & Restocking fees) and a refund notification will be sent to the customer on file.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, (credit card) within 7 business days.
