Our biggest challenge was the 6 years in fabric development. Pure nylon was our first choice because it was lightweight, but it was found that a pure nylon fabric by nature didn't breathe, and would easily slip and snag. Our fabric is a true custom formulation designed from a liquid state to have the inherent qualities of cotton, such as the ability to wick moisture and most importantly breathe!
